We are a specialist airport transfer company. We track incoming flights so minimise our own waiting time and parking charges, passing these savings to you. Our prices are transparent and unlike many of our competitors we tell you all costs up front. In addition, we run with minimal overheads keeping our prices low.

Yes we are fully licensed with Wokingham Borough Council and comply with regulatory requirements such as vehicle safety standards, driver background checks and local area knowledge.

At the main Drop-Off point, directly outside the main terminal building. For passengers requiring additional assistance, we can arrange for our drivers to help you carry your bags into the terminal building.

At Airport Cabs we track incoming flights in real-time and so this way we know when to expect you through the gate. The driver will be at the arrivals gate with a sign with your name on it. Please look out for him/her. If you cannot find the driver phone our office .

All incoming flights arrival times are regularly monitored in real-time by our drivers.

After 90 mins we will make enquires about you at the airport. If we cannot find or contact you we will leave the airport. We suggest all our customers have our number to hand when travelling and likewise our drivers have your number to get in touch should they need to.

In the unlikely event you cannot find us at the gate call our main number . PLEASE bring this with you it's the ONLY way you have of contacting us from the airport.

You will receive an email from us confirming your reservation and contact details.

UK saloon cars have limited luggage space. As a rule-of-thumb two adults and two children with 3 cases will just fit into a saloon car. If you have more luggage than this we can supply by request a people carrier for an extra 50% of the fare. Please note we will ask how many are travelling with how many cases at time of booking to ensure we send an appropriate vehicle.

Yes, although we do not offer local taxi runs. We will be delighted to quote you for any long-distance journey.

We do not supply child car seats ourselves but would recommend our customers bring their own car seats for the journey. We have found using the child's own seat preferable since it would be most age-appropriate and comfortable for your child. We store these securely for you until we collect you for the return journey.

Yes we can, although we have limited female drivers available so as much notice as possible would be needed.

As a Company we operate a NO SMOKING POLICY for our drivers and cars.

Yes. Both front and rear seat belts are compulsory by UK law. If you do not wear one you can be fined for failing to do so by the police.

By Cash (sterling) or cheque (with a valid bankers card). We also take all major credit cards.

We take pride in the cleanliness and condition of our vehicles. All cars are kept in immaculate condition and are all maintained to standards far above that required by the Ministry of Transport for road worthiness.

No! The only time you will incur extra costs is if you keep us waiting for more than 60 mins or you misrepresent your destination/number of passengers/amount of luggage. All credit card payments incur a 10 % booking fee.

UK law requires that we carry at least Third Party Hire and Reward Insurance (Private Hire) all of our cars carry this as a minimum.

Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted quote a 2 hour minimum check in time for international flights and 1 hour for domestic flights.

Although we are constantly going backwards and forwards to the airports we do not station cars at the airports so all journeys have to be booked in advance. It is actually a LEGAL requirement for us to only operate on PRE-BOOKED journeys.

No. Our drivers expect only the fare you were quoted. Although if you feel the service was of a high enough standard and if you decide to tip then I am sure it would be appreciated.
